Kondos Appaloosa Stud
The Kondos Appaloosa Stud is situated on the farm "Tandjiesberg” in the Mantsopa district ( Clocolan ), in South Africa. Here, with the Caledon River providing mountain water and the land rolling with hills and plateaus, the horses run free, grow strong, hardy and become sure-footed.
The stud normally consists of approximately 100 horses. Sometimes numbers go up to 150 sometimes down to 80, this depending on sales and new births. All our horses are registered with the Appaloosa Horse Breeders Society of South Africa as well as SA Studbook. These horses are also eligible to be registered in America with the ApHC ( i.e The American Appaloosa Horse club ).
